About Mrs. Zimmerman
My name is Katherine Zimmerman. I am married to Jim Zimmerman who is an assisstant principal at William Penn High School. I have three children: Emily, Jimmy, and Anna. I am a product of the Colonial School District where I attended Wilmington Manor Elementary, Colwyck Elementary, George Read Middle School, and William Penn High School. I worked one year at King Elementary as a fourth grade teacher, 11 years at Colwyck Elementary as a third grade teacher and am currently on my fourth year at Wilmington Manor as a third grade teacher. I love to spend time with my family and friends at home and at the beach, read, and quilt. I love working with students and look forward to another great school year.
